Account Manager

As an Account Manager, we will provide you with everything you’ll need to be successful. We are at our core a company of salespeople; built by salespeople, trained by salespeople and run by salespeople. An “Average” first year rep can expect to earn $45k-$50k with no cap on earnings or commission. Second year average reps can expect between $75k-$100k.

Job Details

  • Ability to establish and grow relationships with equipment dealers and their customers requesting financing
  • Interview potential financing customers to develop the solutions that best fit their goals
  • Negotiate financing terms and close both easy and tough deals
  • Advise and help educate business owners on their commercial financing options

Qualifications

  • One year sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Positive, high energy, trustworthy demeanor
  • Ability to hit the phones with incredible focus and drive
  • Understanding that minimums and quotas are for mediocre salespeople
  • Strong computer skills with office programs and CRM

Compensation

  • Base Salary plus commission
